We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a full week and couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff and atmosphere here are absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The service is top-notch, with the staff members knowing who we are, our preferences, and even remembering that we were here last year. The attention to detail and personalized service really made us feel special.

We had an amazing time at this cozy mountain hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly, always remembering our names and making us feel at home. the rooms were spotless and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast and the afternoon tea with cakes, a real treat after a day of hiking in the stunning surroundings. Plus, the location was perfect, close to the mountains and with easy access to public transportation.

the only thing we would have wished for is a bigger selection of vegetarian options in the restaurant, but the staff was very accommodating and always provided us with delicious alternatives.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mountains and we could easily access the cable car. The breakfast served warm bread and there were different options to choose from. The private parking was free of charge and we could easily come and go with our car. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly owners who made us feel welcomed.

The hotel did not have a lot of modern features and could benefit from some updates. The atmosphere was a bit outdated and felt like a typical European hotel.

Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel, as well as the variety of facilities they offer. Everything is what we need and want.

We stayed at this fantastic family-run hotel during our skiing vacation. the location was perfect, just near the bus stop in a lovely tourism village. Our family of four enjoyed a spacious and clean family room with comfortable beds and a tidy bathroom. the service was beyond exceptional, with friendly staff that knew our preferences and made us feel at home. We loved the 3-course evening meals, the swimming pool, and the 4 saunas. every day at 4 PM, there were tea and cakes!

Although the hotel was not the most modern that we have stayed in, it was very well cared for and perfectly suited to our needs.
